How to find a winter work camping job

If you’re like many RVers, you’re probably looking for jobs in warm locations in Texas, Arizona, California, and Florida. Of course, searching by state is handy, but here are some other things to consider when you’re looking for a winter work camping job:

1) Decide where you WANT to be

  • Already know where you’re going? If you want to be close to someone or somewhere during the winter, then start there. Search for jobs near your desired location. As we all know, states like California and Texas are HUGE and so the exact location can make all the difference between sunny beaches and chilly rain.
  • Can’t make up your mind? No prob! You can still use this map to see what’s available all over the country.

2) Decide what type of work you’re looking for

Are you good with tools and maintenance? Or maybe you want an office position? Search for jobs that focus on these skill sets, whether they be outdoors/maintenance, office work, retail, or food service. When searching, just choose the “Category” that best suits you.
