Park Host Volunteer

Possum Kingdom SP is looking for highly motivated individuals or couples to join our Park Rangers in the daily duties of maintaining the park. In exchange for a Park Host Site with full hookups overlooking Possum Kingdom Lake, we require 24-32 hours of assigned duties per week. These duties include but are not limited to: Campsite Maintenance Cleaning Restrooms Grounds Maintenance Litter Pickup Visitor Assistance Site Checks/Site Markers

Park Host Maintenance

Maintenance Host positions available from September-November 2024. One to four month positions available, three to four month commitment preferred. This position is responsible for helping with general maintenance in the park such as cleaning restrooms, picking up trash, checking campsites, and minor construction projects. Painting signs, mowing grass, and landscaping may also be done.
