Volunteer Activities• Other • Trail/Campground Maintenance • Visitor Information • General Assistance DescriptionPart-Time Campground Host at Long Branch Campground: Center Hill Lake is looking for a couple or individual who loves to camp and would be interested in volunteering for a summer position. Location:  Long Branch Campground Typical duties may include: Being a point of contact for visitors, staffing campground two days a week, collecting money, meeting and greeting visitors, promoting the Corps water safety initiative, light maintenance duties, trail maintenance, and other duties that may arise throughout the season. Hours required: Working approximately 20 hours per week (may include holidays and some weekends). Special Skills: Ability to be bonded and capable of handling recreation use fees, ability to communicate effectively with the public, ability to maintain a set schedule and turn in progress report of duties performed and Willingness to commit to a long term agreement.
