Volunteer Activities• Other • Visitor Information • General Assistance DescriptionVisitor Center Volunteer: Long Branch Lake is looking for Visitor Center Volunteers to staff our Visitor Center on weekends May through September. Duties would include greeting visitors, answering questions about facilities, issuing America the Beautiful Passes, custodial duties and answering phone inquiries. The Volunteer may also be feeding turtles and fish kept at the visitor center. We are looking for energetic and positive applicants that would love to work in a visitor center and enjoy working with our visitors. All required supplies will be provided by the Corps of Engineers. Volunteers will be responsible for their own transportation. Volunteer positions are available for a one month rotation or longer during recreation season depending upon work items and volunteer waiting list.
