If you enjoy living + working in a stunning outdoor setting then Teton Peaks Resort may be for you! We are looking for an energetic personality or two who will take pride in contributing to all facets of our hospitality operation. Our needs include groundskeeping, maintenance support, reservations, and guest relations. Handy(wo)man skills are highly valued! While we have an amazing housekeeping team in place, we may sometimes need some housekeeping and janitorial support on their busiest days in the high season. We are open to individuals or a couple at this time.

Basic physical requirements are the ability to physically walk around the five-acre property, the lodge and RV park and climb stairs multiple times per day, and to be able to physically handle some heavy lifting at the same time. The lodge is two-stories and when assisting with housekeeping or renovations tasks, we need someone who can carry armloads of supplies up and down. You need to be able assist another person with things like moving a heavy picnic table or a mattress. Personalities needs to be upbeat and posses a desire to be friendly and engaging with guests, and assist your coworkers, with an ability to see the big picture of what we are all here to accomplish each day. The ability to work with a flexible job description is critical, but know that the on-site innkeeper has your back.
There is also a need to help with the after-hours phone. This will be explained in an interview.
We are currently in a renovation and growth phase and need you to pitch in with projects along with day to day responsibilities. You aren’t afraid to look something up online to help fix something or solve a problem. You may be asked to assemble a piece of furniture, rip out carpet, paint a wall, help design a dog play area or water plants. Or maybe you don’t even need to be asked! Don’t fret—you don’t need to be an expert at any of these things. It’s the attitude, physical ability and willingness to go for it that matters most. Are you getting the picture?
The unit mix features 23 guest rooms, 3 tiny homes, a future glamping village, and 22 RV sites.
Schedule will fluctuate based on the seasons but generally, you’d be working 4-5 days, 40-hour weeks.
We can’t say enough about how amazing Teton Valley, ID is to live in. We sit smack dab between Yellowstone & Grand Teton National Parks that are both 1-1.5 hours away. We are super close to incredible rivers and hiking trails with abundant wildlife; skiing, snowboarding and mountain biking at Grand Targhee, and F&B options in Driggs + Victor. Tetonia has a local restaurant, and a bar with a Saturday night summer concert series within walking distance from the property. And we have a 29-mile rail trail a few minutes walk down the road. Jackson, WY is just over the pass from us and offers another vibrant cultural center.
Compensation can vary based on experience and includes a full hook-up site in the RV park, and free laundry facilities. Applicants need to have their own self-contained RV.
We are currently looking for seasonal support for the high season we are ramping up to, but year-round employment is a possibility for the right candidate with a flexible skill set.
