RV INFORMATION: For Couples 20 service hours each and for a single 30 service hours per week is required to qualify for a free site in the newly established volunteer campsites.

Volunteer Activities• Other • Trail/Campground Maintenance • General Assistance DescriptionVisitor Center & Campgrounds: The Rend Lake Project Office/Visitor Center, in Southern Illinois, is looking for volunteers to perform a variety of duties in the campgrounds and in the Visitor Center. Volunteer Duties: Duties in the Visitor Center include the basic operation of the Visitor Center, which would require good people skills, light indoor maintenance, and may include some outdoors maintenance of flower beds. Also looking for volunteers to do cleaning and basic maintenance duties in campgrounds. Couples will work together if volunteering as such. If volunteering as a couple, 20 service hours each person per week (40 hours combined) is required. If volunteering as a single person, 30 service hours per week is required to qualify for a free site in the newly established volunteer campsites.
