CAMPGROUND: Campground Park Host

DEPT: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

AVAILABILITY: 5/10/2020–9/17/2020

RV INFORMATION: Water and electric campsite will be provided to the host at no cost during their volunteer time. Once the host is finished with the host duties they will be rewarded with one week of free camping.

Volunteer Activities• Campground Host • Office/Clerical • Visitor Information • General Assistance DescriptionCampground Park Host: Volunteer Duties: The duties required are act as the face of the Corps of Engineers to perform a meet and greet for all visitors and assist all visitors with any questions they may have of the park and surrounding area. We would also ask the host to relay any rules that the visitors need to abide by. The host will also be responsible for assisting visitors with the reservation system. A motorized cart will be provided to the host to assist with the duties. We ask the host be at the campground to help visitors every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at least 20 hours a week to assist the visitors during our busy times.
