CAMPGROUND: Maintenance/Tour Guide

DEPT: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

AVAILABILITY: 4/1/2020–10/1/2020

RV INFORMATION: A Campsite is provided with 24 hours per week worked. A Full hook-up RV site, water, electric, septic all provided in an RV site that may accommodate an XL RV.

Volunteer Activities• Other • Trail/Campground Maintenance • Tour Guide/Interpretation • General Assistance • Weed/Invasive Species Control DescriptionMaintenance/Tour Guide: Volunteer Duties: Maintenance: Mowing, landscaping, painting, cutting, trimming, irrigation, light construction, operating mowers, trimmer, chainsaws, tractors, UTVs, skid steer, etc. Ranger duties: Trash pick-up, disc golf course installation & maintenance, invasive species removal, conduct guided tours of dam, fence installation, petroglyphs, painting, light construction, etc. Special Skills: See above, will be trained in any areas needed/required.
