DESCRIPTION:
Voyageurs National Park is searching for volunteers to help operate the Ash River Visitor Center, Kabetogama Lake Visitor Center (and Rainy Lake Visitor Center if interested) for our summer season in 2023. The park can offer a free RV site within walking distance of the Ash River Visitor Center (and Rainy Lake Visitor Center) with lots and lots of opportunity to interact with the public, help with interpretive programs, and a chance to get out on the water on our park tour boats!

WORK ENVIRONMENT
National Park Visitor Center and surrounding outdoors. In particular, the Ash River Visitor Center is a small, historic building that serves as 1 of 3 visitor centers at Voyageurs National Park. It is a popular stop for visitors to the park, and is nearby a public boat launch. Summer temperatures in Northern Minnesota are very pleasant, usually 75F – 80F degrees for a high.
