Wild Wonderful West Virginia! Come work and enjoy New River Campground, a small campground, seeking part time camp worker assistant.
The campground is located on the New River in beautiful Gauley Bridge WV. It provides fishing, boating, jet ski, kayaking, canoeing, and swimming. Close to the best white water runs in the east and also great hiking and ATV trails.
New River Campground has a total of 50 sites (40 RV full hook sites and 10 Rustic tent sites) and open year round. We have a small store and bait shop, boat ramp, picnic facilities for parties and day use, bathhouse facilities (6 bathrooms for rustic tent sites), laundry room and play ground for kids. We are friendly, both to human and pets. Typical campground rules apply.
Tasks include grounds maintenance, guest camping site maintenance, bathhouse maintenance, site and grounds trash collection, building/structure maintenance and minor repair projects, and equipment upkeep. Work days include, Tuesday- Saturday. 10 am -2 pm. Hours a day maybe flexible. Must be friendly, respectful, and present a positive environment for campers and any other co-workers.
Must have self-contained camper or motorhome. References preferred.
