Job Description
Indian Springs Ranch is looking for seasonal Camp Hosts, Store, Food and Beverage, and Golf Operations employees for the 2023 season.
The RV Resort at Indian Springs Ranch (ISR) is located on a privately owned 18-hole championship Golf Course and Real Estate development just outside of Eureka Montana. ISR is nestled in the beautiful Tobacco Valley, surrounded by world-class mountain views and recreational opportunities. The RV Resort is the latest addition to our development with 95 spaces, each with water, sewer and power hookups. Additionally, each space will have a picnic table and fire pit. Other amenities include laundry and shower facilities, play area for children, fenced off-leash dog park, Wi-Fi, miles of walking trails and a small store/gift shop. Our growing, impeccably maintained golf course also operates a small Food and Beverage outlet and a 12 Suite Hotel. The Indian Springs team prides itself on friendly customer service in an authentic Montana atmosphere.
Indian Springs is looking to fill several monthly and seasonal positions through the traveling RV work force. Open positions:
- Camp Hosts

- Our Camp Hosts will serve as a liaison between park users and staff. They will be asked to greet and assist visitors, answer questions, distribute maps of the park and copies of the Park Rules and Regs.
- Help enforce the Rules and Regs and assist park staff with activities and cleaning of sites and facilities.

- Camp Hosts will not earn an hourly wage, they will work in trade out for their free RV site, utilities, and free golf course access.

- Campground Store & Gift Shop

- The store and gift shop is a small store, selling merchandise, ice, firewood, and a small assortment of snacks and drinks along with a few RV items.
- Store staff will be tasked with working shifts in the store where they will answer phone calls, book reservations, check park users in and sell items.

- Store employees may be eligible to earn an hourly wage in addition to their free RV site, utilities, and free golf course access.
Food and Beverage positions
- Indian Springs operates a small food and beverage department serving a basic but high-quality menu of burgers, wraps, sandwiches and more.
- Food and Beverage employees will be tasked with waiting on customers, prep work, clearing tables and cooking depending on experience and ability.

- F&B employees may be eligible to earn an hourly wage plus tips in addition to their free RV site, utilities, and free golf course access.
- Golf Operations positions
- Indian Springs operates an 18 hole championship golf course and practice facility.
- Golf operations positions may include outside services, maintenance or working in the Golf Shop and assisting with tournaments and events.

Benefits:
The use of a campsite and all utilities at no charge for the duration of the term of service. Free golf at our championship golf course.
Skills required:
Regardless of position applied for, it’s all about customer service and providing an enjoyable and positive experience for our guests and customers. Ability to get along well with people. Ability to remain calm and friendly. Ability to adapt to changing work conditions.
Time Commitment:
At least 30 hours of service time per week for a minimum of four (4) weeks, to include most weekends and all holidays. Two consecutive days off.
