Sycamore Grove Campground sits along the banks of the sparkling Sacramento River at a 300-foot elevation, within the 488-acre Red Bluff Recreation Area. The area is managed by the Mendocino National Forest in Northern California, in Red Bluff, CA. The site also contains Camp Discovery, a group campground. Visitors enjoy shady oak and sycamore trees and grassy fields within a beautiful riparian environment. Sycamore Grove offers more than two dozen, single-family and double campsites, available for tent and RV camping. Campsites are equipped with tables and campfire rings with grills and potable water. Some sites have electricity. There is a shower house with hot water and flush toilets as well as vault toilets. The site is open year-round. The host site contains running water, sewer, electricity, and storage shed. The campground is only two miles from the full-service town of Red Bluff, CA.
DUTIES
Duties include visitor information, campground cleanup, trash removal, and bathroom and shower cleanup.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to interact with members of the public. Able to lift 20 pounds and walk for one mile.
