Horizon Manufactured Homes is looking for self-motivated, goal-oriented sales consultant with the ability to drive sales, create enthusiasm and generate new customers.

We are known throughout the Industry as a builder of the highest quality, Custom-built Manufactured Homes. We have been family owned and operated for over 20 years. We are currently looking for a high energy motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team at our Palms at River Edge Location.
Primary Responsibilities Our New Home Sales Consultants are responsible for assisting customers in obtaining a new home. They must be able to build trust, establish value, communicate effectively, drive execution, solve problems creatively and demonstrate a high level of integrity.
• Maintain individual performance targets of a minimum of 2 new/used home sales per month.
• Generate sales through community walk in traffic, internet leads, incoming sales calls, and previous customers
• Respond to incoming web leads in a timely manner.
• Maintain prospects and customers with up-to-date notes and follow-up plan via company’s CRM system
• Develop and make presentation of company floor plans, and design/decor options to potential customers.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
• Contribute to company effort by accomplishing individual sales goals.
• Real Estate License not required. State Licensing through AZ DOH must be acquired
Experience Candidates should have 2 plus years sales or customer service experience and a proven ability to meet minimum goals and expectations.

This is a part-time position. Community Office hours are Monday & Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday through Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Slaes Hours may vary based on sales demand.
Compensation, we offer one of the most competitive compensation plans in the industry designed for financial stability and unlimited earning potential. This is a commission based opportunity.
