The American West is calling! Spend the season camping and working in one of the best RV resorts in Montana. The Nugget RV Resort is looking for enthusiastic, hard working, fun loving, customer focused work campers for the 2023 season. Enjoy refreshing mountain air, a beautiful full hookup RV site, unlimited laundry use, free propane, and free entry to all resort events.
We offer a flexible schedule that typically includes three days on and three days off with a daily work schedule of 5 hours per day split into two shifts. Our mornings typically begin with a short meeting and run from 10am – 12noon. Afternoon shifts are either from 3pm-6pm or 5pm to 8pm. Each camp worker works 15 hours per week or 30 hours per week per couple. Morning shifts include cleaning, grounds work, site preparation, and coffee shop work and afternoon shifts include coffee shop work, office and retail work. All shifts require exceptional customer service and camp workers are expected to check on the cleanliness of the bathrooms and resort throughout their shifts.

Work camper duties include but are not limited to the following:
Ensuring Nugget guests receive exceptional customer service at all times.
Cleaning resort facilities including bathrooms, showers, cabins, clubhouse kitchen, laundry room, coffee shop, office and store.
Grounds keeping includes pulling weeds, mowing, raking, picking up or raking up pinecones, watering grass and flowers, and making small repairs to buildings and equipment as needed.
RV site preparation includes picking up garbage, pinecones, dog poop, raking, and other needed duties to clean RV sites.
Coffee shop duties include making hot and cold coffee drinks, opening and closing cleaning, keeping inventory, setting up for events, cleaning after events, helping guests until store is open.
Office and retail store duties include answering phone calls, making reservations in Campspot (reservation software), retail sales, keeping inventory, cleaning and restocking shelves, checking in guests, escorting guests to site with golf cart, watching swimming pool and enforcing rules.
