Job Description
Young of heart and mind needed to help manage daily operations of our family owned RV park & campground. From the end of April thru October 2023.
We are located on the shores of Bridgeport Reservoir, at 6500ft in the high Eastern Sierra of California; Surrounded by the Sierra Nevada Mountains on three sides with ample Exploring, Biking, Fishing & Hiking; only a stone’s throw from Yosemite, as well as many other incredible destinations.
We’re looking for a full-time help: a friendly, happy and personable individual or couple, who is ready to work five days a week. This is a paid position, compensation includes salary and a full hookup RV site (with 30amp electric and high-speed fiber optic WIFI). Salary TBD based on experience.
It is important to us that you are outgoing, proactive, approachable and genuinely enthusiastic about the area and our guests. Our RV camp is known for its relaxed atmosphere. Not your typical RV park; we try to be more of a camping destination than a quick stop over. We have Saturday bonfires and random cookouts where guests join and get to know one another. We’re looking for manager(s) who can help facilitate this atmosphere, make our guests’ stay a memory they will cherish, and help us to take care of the camp.
The Manager(s) are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our RV camp. This is a hands on position and responsibilities include but are not limited to guest satisfaction, supervision of RV camp Team members, administrative support to the camp, reservations, retail sales, maintenance, site and facilities cleaning, and providing guests with info on local attractions and recreation opportunities.
