Job Description
At our Resort our goal is to provide outstanding RV park management support and services, assist park residents, implement solid solutions, and create an excellent experience for RV park residents.
You will become knowledgeable in the infrastructure of the park and execute maintenance tasks as needed. This role works to contribute to the overall maintenance and appearance of the park which may include landscaping, various repairs, clean-up, guest services, and more. Maintenance Manager will maintain a proactive stance and positive attitude during the operations of the park. This person will contribute ideas and solutions that will improve guest experiences.
2 or more years of experience in maintenance, preferably in an outdoor RV park or campground setting.
2 or more years working in a customer service environment.
Resiliency and excellent problem-solving skills.
An ambitious attitude.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, crouch and climb.
Must be able to operate various loud and vibrating maintenance tools and equipment.
Able to work inside and outdoors frequently and in various climates.
Capable of moving safely over uneven terrain.

Pay: From 15.00 per hour with rent and/or marina or RV storage deducted.
