Come join our work force and enjoy the beautiful Ponderosa Pines of the Gila National Forest. Our historical property shares the history of two presidents and a senator. Our surrounding area is the most mineralized region in the United States. Hunting, Fishing and Rockhounding are just a few miles away. Hike the Continental Divide trail. It’s only a short walk outside our gates. Our activity centers offer high speed internet, a pool table and other games.
We have an RV park with 39 sites and more than 100 yearly lease sites.
As a campground host, your responsibilities will include greeting campers, providing information about the campground and local area, collecting fees, and maintaining the cleanliness of the campground. You will also be responsible for ensuring that campers are following the rules and regulations of the campground.
Clean campsites by performing minor maintenance tasks such as raking the campsite pad, washing tables, cleaning out fire rings, picking up litter, reporting any damage to your supervisor. Each site must be cleaned after every camper checks out and before other checks in.
* Sweep cobwebs from buildings
* Trimming or weeding
* Keep track of occupied or vacant campsites
* Direct campers to vacant sites
* Remind campers to register at Office
* Remove expired camper receipts from site marker posts
* Assist Park staff with camper reservation process
* Inform incoming campers where family or friends are located.
The salary for campground hosts can earn between $500 – $1,200 per month.Plus full onsite hookups, You Must have to have your own RV Unit.
If you’re interested in becoming a campground host, there are a few things you need to do. First you need to fill out an application and submit a resume. Finally, pass a background check and drug test.
