Work Camper

Blue Water Workamper program is available at participating Blue Water properties throughout our portfolio. Contingent upon location and completion of agreement, Blue Water provides a free site accommodation, free usage of utilities and amenities (per workamper agreement), all hours worked are paid. Hourly rate varies upon state and experience.

• Workamping opportunities in the following departments:

Housekeeping
Grounds/Maintenance
Front Desk/Guest Service
Activities and Events
Camp Host/Security

Success Factors:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills including the ability to remain calm and friendly when confronted with upset visitors or problems
• The ability to be on your feet, ride a bike and/or drive a golf cart and move around freely with guests
• Ability to work positively with other campground employees and other staff members
• Support all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s licence
• 18+

Physical Demands

• Will vary based on position assignment and classification.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
