Do you love the outdoors, hospitality, and camp life?
We are seeking a friendly, hospitality driven, hardworking, entrepreneurial, and guest-oriented person(s) to be our site hosts for Rustic Ridge, the beautiful RV/Cabin park just outside of Siloam Springs. We are in the process of remodeling the entire camp – Cabins, RV sites, roads, decks, buildings, and communal areas. Once remodeled, this RV park will be an incredible community – a beautiful, refreshing, boutique outdoor recreation destination.
Skills and preferred experience – hospitality, light outside maintenance, light electrical, light plumbing, light carpentry, front desk reservations, guest relations and cleaning (optional). Responsibilities will include overseeing reservations/check-ins, ensuring guest satisfaction, overseeing or executing maintenance and/or repair work, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. Responsibilities will include Front Desk, Housekeeping (optional), Maintenance & Grounds, and convenience shop manager.
As part of compensation, if you have an RV and would like to stay onsite this is an option. In addition to the free housing, we are offering an hourly wage and spiffs for activity rentals, + cleaning fees for nightly rental cabins (If interested).
