The Reservations Agent/Vacation Coordinator has a primary focus on providing courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable service to all guests by assisting with room reservations, activity reservations, and offering information about Grand Teton National Park, the GTLC properties, and the surrounding area. Reservations Agents are expected to exceed guest expectations with a consistent, pleasant demeanor, and attention to detail, as well as being knowledgeable of the park and surrounding area. Equally as important, you are here to have some fun too!

The Reservations Agent/Vacation Coordinator responsibilities at Jackson Lake Lodge include, but are not limited to:
- Answer phones in a timely and professional manner
- Provide guests with information about Jackson Lake Lodge, Colter Bay Village, Jenny Lake Lodge, and all related camping
- Assist guests with booking room and activity reservations for their stay
- Direct guests to the correct extension whenever necessary
- Use Visual One reservations system to capture guest stay details accurately
- Take on daily tasks to ensure reservation accuracy and exceptional guest service
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with both guests and coworkers in a high paced and busy atmosphere
- Uphold all National Park Service and Brand Standard requirements
The Reservations Agent/Vacation Coordinator position asks that any candidate be able to demonstrate the following skills or experience:
- Extensive phone and computer efficiency—required
- Fluent in both written and spoken English—required
- The ability to consistently act professionally in guest interactions—required
- Strong verbal and written communication—required
- Proficiency with computer systems and a familiarity with keyboard and data entry—required
- Ability to function under heavy pressure with constant phone use, to perform repetitive tasks and disperse the same information repeatedly—required
- Previous reservations, sales, or other customer service experience—preferred
- Knowledge of Grand Teton National Park and the Grand Teton Lodge Company—preferred
