Job Description
Immediate opening available for full time, live on site, experienced maintenance position at Sea & Sand RV Park on the Central Oregon Coast. Need a friendly and energetic individual with a positive attitude to join our team. Skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment, machinery, janitorial work, plumbing, construction, electrical, and grounds maintenance abilities. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, and be hardworking, reliable, handle stressful situations well, focused on providing exceptional customer service, must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and respond to park emergencies during non-business hours as necessary. This is a full time, year round position that includes a full hook up RV site plus a monthly salary. Must pass a background check, a drug test, and provide work references.
