Store / Visitor Center Host

Looking for a great place to host in a beautiful setting? We are looking for host to help out in the IGC for the annual holiday lights event. This is a popular attraction for the entire South Coast and thousands of visitors from far and wide. The gardens of Shore Acres are decorated with over 300,000 led light plus lighted sculptures that capture the essence of the holiday spirit. The park is in need of a volunteers to host during the months of November and December.  Experience in cash handling and visitor services are desirable attributes for hosting at the Friends of Shore Acres Information and Gift Center. Host duties include operating a cash register, restocking items in the store, assisting customers, sharing local information, and light cleanup of the store. Each host team will work four and sometime five days per week, 4-5 hours per day in the evening. Host sites are located at Shore Acres and Sunset Bay. Sites are full hook up. some with 50 amp others 30amp only, laundry facitility for host only, WiFi, and firewood. There is no cell service. If you love the holiday season, this is the place for you!
