Job Description
We are hiring for our off-season and I have various positions available for couples & singles.
We are looking for competent, easy-going, drama-free staff who in enjoy being out of city life. You can choose to socialize with fellow work campers and have fun game nights, organize your own morning yoga together, movie nights, campfire cookouts, etc, or keep to yourselves if that’s more your style. It’s up to you! The workflow is slow and quiet here in the winter. We also get a fair amount of rain so you need to be okay with that type of environment. The beautiful redwoods and river are breathtaking and make this a very special venue.
Resort is in northern California on the Eel river is looking to fill positions in office and maintenance or housekeeping & maintenance or store and bar. Couples work together on the same days and have the same days off. Shifts are easy 4 days on and 3 off. The 1st 10 hours each/per week go to trade for site and package, every hour after that is paid at $16 per hour. Also Included in the package is a FHU site, free TV on satellite, unlimited Wi-Fi, free use of laundry, monthly bar account for free food and drinks, an end-of-season bonus, store, and resort discount.
We are looking for a commitment from end of September/October to May 1st. Close to many tourist attractions in the area, and just over an hour to the beach, 3 hours from San Francisco, and 2 hours from Napa. We are other.
