Sea Perch RV Resort is located on the Central Oregon coast south of the charming village of Yachats. We have selected our summer hosts however are yet seeking our host camping “COUPLE ONLY” for Fall/Winter 2023/24 + beyond position. We offer a full-hookup site, all amenities to include WiFi, laundry, cable tv in exchange for all aspects of resort assistance, cleaning of clubhouse and facilities, gardening/landscaping, office, front desk, reservations, escorting guests to site and host guest gatherings.
Savvy with campground computer software would be helpful, however, we will train. Must be physically fit, able to complete all tasks above and financially secure. We schedule our hosts a rotation of days on/off with other hostcampers. Each “shift” will deem hosts necessary to be present in the resort, 4 days on, 3 days off, alternating each week so you have 4 days off together enjoying and exploring the beauty of our area. We are a non-smoking workplace.
Upfront and personal we’d like to make aware our summer positions require more hours than normal parks. We are a very small resort of 27 reservable sites therefore have liberty of two host-campers for this busy season. The hours are spread throughout during your shift. Requiring exceptional office/computer skills along with heavy resort maintenance cleaning, guest requests, outdoor maintenance ,weeding, windows and escorting of each RV to their site depending upon time of arrival after 1pm. A normal day starts early, ending late with a bit of ease in between. We rely on full presence for the days you are scheduled. Office hours during peak season are 9-6, offseason 10-4. Office hours do not necessarily mean the day is done due to escorting folks upon arrival varies. Saturday evening during the season is a mandatory presence hosting our weekly gatherings with help from other camp-hosts. We like to be upfront with our expectations as well as offer a great experience for our volunteers.
