What you will be doing
Basic turnovers once a guest checks out (it could be every single day, some weeks). The turnover includes cleaning, stocking & staging the house after 11:00 (checkout) & 3:00 (check-in).
I live out of state, so it is imperative that I have someone dependable who cares for the property as much as I do.
We have guests that usually stay for 1-3 nights & we need someone (ideally a couple or partnership) to go in and meticulously clean the units from top to bottom upon checkout. Restock coffee & snacks, and do the laundry all before our next guest checks in.
Each unit ranges from 200-400 sqft & they are all off-grid. There are two sets of linens, and laundry can be done on-site or at a laundromat in Cedar City.
We also will need you to be able to restock the house and do the shopping for toilet paper, fresh flowers, coffee, teas & water, etc., which of course, we pay for.
Who you will be working with
You will be managed by remote property managers who are responsible for creating and communicating your daily schedule. Our remote property managers will be responsible for the majority of guest communication so that you can remain present to make the in-person experience details.

We are looking for a motivated individual to lead nightly breathwork and south bath sessions. This is an opportunity to make an impact on the guest experience and provide a life-changing experience. Training will be provided, and you will host sessions in our “Khan Lounge,” a movie set-inspired space designed for holistic gatherings.
