DESCRIPTION:
Cross Creeks is a 9,000 acre jewel of a refuge along 11 miles of the Cumberland River in Stewart County, TN that serves as a conservation area for migratory birds, featuring habitat for waterfowl. It’s staff of 2 can use your help!
Needing immediate volunteer for assistance with Refuge Maintenance Staff to work on heavy equipment. If a couple, we also need assistance in working visitor reception, answering phones, etc. in the refuge visitor center. We ask 24 hours/week, but no weekends. Full hookup covered RV pad with laundry facilities adjacent to pad. Will provide propane. Will provide work truck and all PPE equipment and tools needed.
