Idaho Falls Luxury RV Park is seeking a Seasonal Campground Worker to join our team and contribute to providing an exceptional experience for our campers. As a vital member of our campground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, store, and assisting with park maintenance. Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Duties:
· Greet and assist guests at the front desk with a warm and welcoming attitude.
· Check-in and check-out campers efficiently, providing information about park amenities and local attractions.
· Handle reservations, inquiries, and resolve guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
· Maintain accurate records of camper registrations and payments.
2. Store Operations:
· Assist in managing the campground store, including handling sales transactions and providing information on available products.
· Keep the store stocked and organized, ensuring a neat and inviting shopping environment for campers.
· Help campers with retail purchases, merchandise inquiries, and general store-related questions.
3. Park Maintenance:
· Collaborate with the maintenance team to perform routine tasks to ensure the campground is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
· Assist with landscaping, garbage collection, and other maintenance duties as needed.
· Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly.
4. Enhancing Camper Experience:
· Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere for campers by offering assistance and guidance.
· Provide information about recreational activities, events, and attractions in the surrounding area.
· Seek opportunities to go above and beyond in making our campers’ experiences memorable.
Qualifications:
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Basic computer skills for handling reservations and transactions.
· Flexibility to assist with various tasks, including front desk duties, store operations, and park maintenance.
· Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus.
Working Conditions:
· This is a seasonal, part-time position.
· The work schedule may include weekends and holidays.
· Outdoor work is required, and candidates should be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
