If you enjoy living + working in a stunning outdoor setting then Teton Peaks Resort is for you! JET Hospitality is looking for an energetic leader (or couple) who will take pride in running all facets of our hospitality operation. General tasks include front desk management, guest relations, marketing, housekeeping support, and brand ambassador in the community! You’ll be joining a team of three working alongside our current innkeeping couple as well as our housekeeping lead.
We can’t say enough about how amazing Teton Valley, ID is to live in. We sit smack dab between Yellowstone & Grand Teton National Parks that are both 1-1.5 hours away. Just out our doorstep are incredible rivers, hiking, skiing & snowboarding at Grand Targhee, F&B options in Driggs + Victor. We enjoy spending our evenings heading to Teton River where you’ll find moose hanging out 9/10 times! Jackson, WY is just over the pass from us and offers another vibrant cultural center.

We are currently in a renovation and growth phase and need you to pitch in with projects alongside day to day responsibilities. Being willing to help fix problems and research possible solutions. You may be asked to assemble a piece of furniture, rip out a carpet, paint a wall, help fix a leak, lend a hand with ongoing projects, help design a dog play area, pitch in with the coffee shop, or just help watering the plants! No worries if you don’t have experience in some of these fields – Its the attitude, physical ability, and willingness to go for it that matters most!
Schedule will fluctuate based on the seasons but generally you’d be working 30-40 hours a week.
On site accommodations included with compensation consist of a full hookup RV spot, or a circa 375 sqft furnished room with private bathroom, although Rv is preferred. Innkeepers share a lounge + full (brand new) kitchen.
The unit mix features 23 guestrooms, 3 tiny homes, 3 glamping tents, and 22 RV sites.
Compensation can vary based on experience and includes free on-site accommodations.
Year Round employment is ideal but we would consider seasonal support as well.
