Sol Duc Hot Springs Resorts are surrounded by towering evergreens along the Sol Duc River in a picturesque valley. In addition to the pools, Sol Duc hosts massage therapists, a poolside deli, a restaurant, a gift shop, and a convenience store.

 

Under the direction of the General Manager and the Operations Manager, the Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the work that is carried out within the Housekeeping Department.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $22. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.​

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Job Responsibilities
Scheduling, payroll, training, and coaching of all housekeeping staff
Must be able to learn to use: SMS, Kronos, Micros Excel, MarketPro
Manage labor cost
Responsible for ordering and inventorying all housekeeping items
Must have strong verbal communication skills
Must be able to lead with a positive attitude
Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a custodial team.
Oversees the completion of tasks assigned to the custodial team and ensures the quality of work is satisfactory.
Participate in training of new employees and re-training of employees, as needed.
Cleans assigned areas to meet Aramark and client standards and requirements.
Maintains a clean, tidy, and clutter free work environment to mitigate safety hazards.
Thoroughly cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment.
Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas.
Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to the appropriate personnel.
Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with appropriate accredited agencies and Aramark regulations.
Ensures security of company assets and facility, ensuring doors and equipment storage areas are locked/unlocked, as required.

Qualifications
•    Requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing world-class service to the client, guests, and co-workers.
•    Experience in all facets of providing guest services.
•    Must be able to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with others.
•    Strong organizational abilities.

Previous supervisory experience is required.
3 – 5 years of previous custodial experience is preferred
Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Must be able to follow basic safety procedures.
•    Must be able to read, write, and clearly speak English

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
