Job Description: Elderberry Hospitality LLC is hiring on behalf of Zion Mountain Ranch, a ranch-style resort, and is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Facilities, Maintenance & Groundskeeping Manager. The critical function of the Maintenance Department is to reduce overall expenses by safeguarding its assets, including land and buildings, equipment, and supplies, through preventive maintenance measures and scheduled projects. The Maintenance Department encompasses groundskeeping responsiblefor maintaining an aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor space and manages all maintenance and repair activities within the entire property’s facilities to ensure they are safe and operational. The Facilities, Maintenance& Groundskeeping Manager is responsible for supervising a team of maintenance and groundskeeping staff, planning and executing maintenance projects, sourcing, storing, and auditing tools and materials, and managing the budget for department-related expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of buildings and facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional environment for employees and visitors.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the repair and maintenance of various systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other essential equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to create a secure working environment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to building codes, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications:
- Active certification/license in plumbing, HVAC, electrical or related trade or trade school diploma preferred.
- Proven experience in facilities and maintenance management.
- 5 years of experience with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or framing, required.
- Strong communication.
- Knowledge of safety regulations.

- On-site housing provided.
On-site housing is included as part of your compensation for $2/per day or hook-ups for your own RV are also available if you don’t already live in the area. We are in a rural location, so your own transportation is needed. The ranch expects its staff to maintain high standards in actions, grooming and congeniality.
