Elderberry Hospitality LLC is hiring on behalf of Zion Mountain Ranch, a ranch-style resort, and is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Guest Services Associate. The Guest Services Associate position plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest service by effortlessly providing various aspects of operations. From booking reservations, welcoming arrival at check-in, guest service during stay, and problem resolution when they arise, to check-out and departure – ensuring a memorable guest experience at Zion Mountain Ranch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Check-In: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with professional demeanor and collect necessary information for check-in, provide room keys, and explain available amenities and services to our guests.
- Reservation Handling: Ensure accurate information and availability of reports and audits during various shifts, as well as handle modifications and cancellations to existing reservations.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing all aspects of the guest experience including addresses guest inquiries as well as providing information about property amenities and local attractions.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, finding creative solutions to exceed guest expectations and report serious problems to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to coordinate seamless guest experiences, including coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other relevant teams.
- Guest Check-Out: Effectively process guest departure and obtain guest feedback.
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
- Positive demeanor and attitude, especially in guest interaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- On-site housing provided.
On-site housing is included as part of your compensation for $2/per day or hook-ups for your own RV are also available if you don’t already live in the area. We are in a rural location, so your own transportation is needed. The ranch expects its staff to maintain high standards in actions, grooming and congeniality.
