Job Description
We are taking applications for potential Workampers and Workamper couples with trade talents and/or ability to make a long-term commitment 3-6 month+. Please keep in mind that we are looking to maintain a strong team, so only team players need apply. Our Workamper positions are for trade of 28 hours per week, which is approximately four 7-hour shifts per week. This can be split by a couple/team. The compensation for 28 hours is a full-hookup site including utilities, propane deliveries, laundry, but does not include pay. Additionally, Top of the Hill pays a $250.00 bonus for committing to and completing a full year of service (one bonus for one year of 28 hours of weekly service being completed).
- Maintenance Work Campers must provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations. Maintenance duties include escorting guests to their sites for check-ins, general maintenance, resort cleanup, trash pick-up, restroom maintenance, mowing, trimming, landscaping, cleaning the pool and various projects and other duties as needed. Volunteering to help with special events.
