LCRA Parks is seeking a Park Host at Jessica Hollis Park, located just outside of Austin. Jessica Hollis Park is situated just downstream of Mansfield Dam on Lake Austin. Jessica Hollis Park offers a vibrant place for Park Hosting. With its clear, refreshing water provides the perfect setting for avid stand-up paddleboarders, or a quiet day of fishing. Park Hosts offer visitors a first glimpse of our parks by providing excellent customer service and promoting safe use of our facilities. This volunteer position requires 25 – 30 hours of work per week in exchange for an RV campsite with full utility hookups in a natural setting within a town. Duties include daily opening & closing of gates, checking in reservations, greeting customers, and light maintenance and cleaning of restrooms, picnic tables, and grounds.
