Job Description
Volunteer position in exchange for 10-15 hours work per week.
WHERE: Gypsy Soul Villa, Yellville, Arkansas
DATES – April or May 2024 to October 2024. Possibility of extending.
PROPERTY SIZE: 5 cabins and 1 home, 4 RV spaces on 55 acres.
DUTIES: Monitor water to cabins, turn off and on during the winter when cabins are not occupied. Minor repairs. Water plants. Pick up packages at the post office, forward mail. Light cleaning.
Lawn maintenance, approximately 5 acres are cleared, keep cut with zero turn, weed eating and light push mowing (seasonal). Light outdoor maintenance/projects. Maintain Hot tub chemicals. General cleanup of the outside property. Other items as needed
PETS – We have several cats. Some are indoor in the main home, and some are outdoor. Responsibilities include feeding indoor and outdoor cats and keeping litter boxes clean for the indoor cats. Cats are part of the pest control of the property.
IS INSURANCE PROVIDED: No
INCOME/BENEFITS: FHU (50amp, water, sewer, trash), WIFI, and laundry. Use of hot tub and outdoor kitchen at main house. Canoe and kayaks available onsite for use.
HOUSING: Gravel pad will accommodate any size camper or motor home with FHU.
PETS – Your well-mannered pets are welcome.
20 minutes from White river. 10 minutes from Bull Shoals lake. 10 min from crooked creek. 45 min from Buffalo river. 1 hour from Branson MO.
