Job Description
The position offered requires working with the general public in the office and cleaning the yurts in the campground. The position in the office requires the employee to arrive on time every day that they are scheduled to work and to work their expected hours. Employees must greet customers, handle reservations, answer phone calls, keep inventory, run a register, handle customer issues, occasionally deliver firewood, and perform various other duties as needed in creating a pleasant and successful camping experience for all guests.
The position of cleaning the yurts requires the employee to arrive on time and complete the detailed cleaning of the yurts before the customer check-in time. Each yurt must be deep cleaned by following the detailed cleaning standards that are expected to ensure all guests have a comfortable experience during their stay.
