Job Description
We are seeking a camp host(s) or employee(s) to assist in day to day office operation. This would include running a small convenient store and checking RV guests in. Additionally, some outside work would be available including some light gardening (flower bed), prepping the pool and hot tub for opening each day, and potentially retrieving bundled wood when purchased. An additional shift is available each night during nightly rounds. These rounds include checking correct site occupancy and making sure guests are adhering to property rules like open fire restrictions and quiet hours. For each night shift, a credit of 2 hours is given, regardless of length. However, it is rare for nightly rounds to exceed 1 hour. For hosts staying in our park, the first 20 hours each week pays for a full hookup site with no additional fees for amenities used (laundry, pool, hot tub). Each hour thereafter is paid at the rate listed.

– Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
– Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
– Water flowers adjacent to office.
– Run payments on physical register as well as through digital processing (pos).
– Maintain a neat office and tracking of store inventory for restocking.
– Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
– Nightly rounds, locking up pool and hot tub, checking for adherence to park policies.

– Comfortable using a computer and pos/reservation system.
– Able to engage guests face to face, potentially resolving concerns.
– Physically comfortable with walking portions of the property if needed, while golf carts are provided in nearly all situations.
– Team oriented, but confident in working alone.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
