DESCRIPTION
Volunteer Activities• Campground Host • Other • Trail/Campground Maintenance • Visitor Information • General Assistance Photo Courtesy of FS DescriptionVolunteer couple (preferred) or single needed as campground caretaker(s)/host(s)must be energetic and physically capable of performing duties. Duties are but not limited to: Restroom & Shower cleaning, mowing weed eating Leaf blowing fire pit cleaning and litter pick up in campground Open/close gates (0700/1900) at 2 off site day use areas clean the CXT restrooms, litter pick up and remove trash to a dumpster, weedeating and blowing. Volunteer(s) are asked to use their own vehicle at this time (mileage is reimbursed) to perform duties. Cover hosts on their day(s) off, (this includes recording license plate numbers on a daily tally sheet & deposit in fee tube by 0800, keep track of reservations and first come sites,) answer questions. We are asking a 6 month commitment. A cell phone for business use will be provided. 2 pet max.
