Work Camper

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Workamper to join our team for our growing RV Park located in Waynesboro, Georgia. Whether it’s assisting with landscaping, guest reservations, campground maintenance, administrative tasks, or customer service, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform campground maintenance tasks such as landscaping, cleaning facilities, and maintaining infrastructure to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
• Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, processing reservations, and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to accomplish goals efficiently and effectively.
• Adapt to different work environments and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, reflecting our commitment to excellence and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Basic knowledge of campground maintenance tasks such as landscaping, cleaning, and basic repairs is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and initiative.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to embrace the challenges and opportunities of a mobile lifestyle.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
