Job Description: Elderberry Hospitality LLC is hiring on behalf of Zion Mountain Ranch, a ranch-style resort, and is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Associate. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable housekeeper to join our team. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our clients’ homes or commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating a welcoming and sanitary environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
Benefits:
- Salary commensurate with experience.
- Eligible for supplemental medical benefits after 90 days of successful employment.
- On-site housing provided.
On-site housing is available for $2/per day or hook-ups for your own RV at no cost are also available if you don’t already live in the area. We are in a rural location, so your own transportation is needed. The ranch expects its staff to maintain high standards in actions, grooming and congeniality.
