Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Deep Lake Campground in Oxford, Wisconsin (20 minutes from the Dells)
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a seasonal position with the possibility of turning into year round (if interested).
Responsibilities:
Will need to become very familiar with campground layout, sites, lodging units as well as the rules and regulations at the campground
Pressure washing buildings
Basic electrical and plumbing skills
Basic regular maintenance: painting, changing a faucet, etc.
Should be able to lift 75 pounds
Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
– Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
– Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $20.00/hour plus free site rent, electric, water, septic, garbage removal, internet, etc.
Expected hours: 40
