Job Title: Camp Host
Location: Scenic 6 RV Park, Potlatch, Idaho
Position Overview: As a Camp Host at our Scenic 6 RV Park in Potlatch, Idaho, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and responsible for maintaining the park’s welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, and assisting with park operations. This position requires living on site in your own RV. All utilities provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Greet and assist guests upon arrival, provide information about the park and local attractions, and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Reservations and Check-In/Out: Manage guest reservations, facilitate check-ins and check-outs, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Park Maintenance: Perform light maintenance tasks, such as cleaning common areas, inspecting facilities, and reporting any issues to management.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure park rules and regulations are followed, conduct routine safety inspections, and assist with emergency situations as needed.
- Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service, respond to guest feedback, and strive to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic maintenance skills and a willingness to learn.
- A positive attitude and a passion for enhancing guest experiences.
