Job Description

Job Summary:

The DCRV Park Assistant Manager supports the RV Park Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the RV park, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining the property in excellent condition. This role will also be responsible for Marketing and Events Coordination for the park. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and organizational skills to effectively promote our park and manage events.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Operations:

·         Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs.

·         Process payments and manage billing for guest stays.

·         Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

·         Provide information about park amenities, local attractions, and emergency procedures.

·         Assist in monitoring and maintaining park facilities, including RV Sites, restrooms, and common areas.

 

2.      Marketing & Events Strategy and Execution:

·         Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and organizing events to drive engagement, increase bookings, and enhance the overall guest experience in our park.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

·         Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Planning, or a related field preferred.

·         Experience: Previous experience in marketing, event planning, or a similar role.

·         Skills:

o Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.

o Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

o Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

o Familiarity with RV park operations and the travel industry is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

·         Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, lifting, and carrying up to [x] pounds.

·         Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

·         Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
