Job Description
Hiring for all positions, beginning March 2025. Looking for seasonal work campers, couples or singles. Work campers will work an estimated 15-30+ hours per site. For seasonal work camping roles, the season will vary by property and specific date ranges will be discussed by the General Manager during the interview.
PLEASE SPECIFY JOB INTEREST: (1) Guest Services, (2) Housekeeping, (3) Groundskeeping or (4) Maintenance. Couples must apply separately.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Guest Services: The Guest Services associate ensures guest satisfaction by handling office duties and service requests. They are expected to work closely with the General Manager and staff. Key responsibilities may include managing reservations, ringing up POS sales in the camp store, assisting guests, handling customer complaints, answering calls, and communicating with the team. Additional duties include maintaining clean working areas, stocking supplies, inspecting facilities, and ensuring overall health and safety compliance. Experience with reservation systems like NewBook is a plus. Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, customer service, computer literacy, and the ability to work nights and weekends may be required. Must have strong attention to health, safety, and company policies.
2. Housekeeping: The Housekeeping associate ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining clean, well-stocked accommodations and facilities. Additional duties include maintaining equipment, communicating supply needs, and resolving guest inquiries. This role requires strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, computer literacy and the ability to work nights and weekends may be required. Must have strong attention to health, safety, and company policies.
3. Groundskeeping: The Groundskeeping associate maintains clean, well-kept campground grounds and collaborates with the General Manager and team. Responsibilities include operating groundskeeping equipment, organizing supplies, ensuring safety compliance, performing cleanup duties, and engaging in special projects to enhance the campground. A welcoming attitude and customer service skills are essential. This role requires strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, computer literacy and the ability to work nights and weekends may be required. Must have strong attention to health, safety, and company policies.
4. Maintenance: The Maintenance associate performs routine maintenance on buildings, amenities, and grounds, ensuring smooth and safe operations. Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment, handling electrical, carpentry, plumbing tasks, performing cleanup, and managing honey-wagon duties. Additional tasks include troubleshooting small mechanical equipment, communicating supply and inventory needs and supporting special projects to enhance the campground. This role requires strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, computer literacy and the ability to work nights and weekends may be required. Must have strong attention to health, safety, and company policies.

Role Specific Qualifications
1. Guest Services & Housekeeping
· 1+ years’ experience in customer service, retail, front desk, or administrative services
· Book and manage reservations using our cloud-based POS and PMS system
· Assist guests throughout their stay
· Follow specific cash and credit card handling procedures and effectively use the computer, cash register, credit card and various other front desk equipment
· Ability to provide guests with information about local attractions, restaurants, and services.
· Clean and tidy all areas and accommodations to the standard cleanliness within time limits
· Ensure housekeeping projects do not interfere with guests’ use of facilities and amenities
· Maintain equipment in good condition
2. Groundskeeping & Maintenance
· 2+ years’ experience in grounds, facility and site maintenance or the equivalent
· Past campground/mobile home community/property maintenance experience
· Knowledge of the camping lifestyle preferred
· Ability to understand and implement safety regulations and procedures and environmental standards
· Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
· Ability to safely drive trucks, tractors, and other motorized vehicles
· Valid driver’s license
· Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance, landscaping, utilities, and equipment repair
Accommodations & Working Conditions
All positions involve working in different areas throughout the campground. This may involve working outdoors in a range of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, wind, and humidity, as well as walking or driving from one end of the campground to another. Indoor tasks may also be necessary for extended periods. Employees may perform repetitive tasks using computers, office machinery, housekeeping tools, and other equipment, while interacting with guests and maintaining professionalism and composure.
Physical Requirements
These positions require team members to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time on a regular basis. They will also perform a variety of repetitive tasks, including cleaning each site when campers check out and assisting with minor repairs. This includes carrying and using various tools, as well as bending, stretching, reaching, and lifting at least 50 pounds.
