About this Opportunity
Description

The campground host and resident volunteer program is one of our most popular volunteer opportunities. In exchange for a free campsite and a free volunteer parks pass (after 48 hours of service), campground hosts greet arriving campers, offer check-in assistance, perform minor maintenance tasks and promote interpretive/educational activities. Most parks require a minimum commitment of 6-8 weeks, and prefer hosts that can cover the entire season, from May to mid September. On average, campground hosts are required to work 20-25 hours per week.
