We are looking for a creative, outgoing, and organized Part-Time Activities Coordinator to help plan and oversee recreational events that enhance our guests’ experience.
Who We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, bringing energy to events, and creating memorable experiences. If you’re a natural entertainer, enjoy planning activities, and have strong communication skills, we’d love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and lead fun, family-friendly activities and events for guests of all ages.
Organize events such as game nights, arts & crafts, outdoor movie nights, holiday celebrations, and seasonal gatherings.
Promote activities through flyers, social media, and resort announcements.
Engage with guests to encourage participation and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Set up and clean up activity areas before and after events.
Work closely with resort staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Monitor activities for safety and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, recreation, or a related field is preferred.
Outgoing, energetic, and able to engage with guests of all ages.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Comfortable working outdoors and setting up activity areas.
A true team player who enjoys creating a positive and fun environment.
