Tamworth Campground, a Modern America Campgrounds property, sits on the edge of the Swift River and is moderate in size, with 108 sites. White Lake and Lake Chocorua, rivers, ponds, trout streams, and hiking trails are all within 10 – 30 minutes of the campground. It’s an outdoor adventurer’s ideal setting.

The campground is under new management and in need of a workamper couple or singles for the following timeframe and hours:

• May 3, 2025 – September 5, 2025
• 32 hours per week

Job Description – Two (2) Positions Available:

• Office – answering telephone, reservations (Campspot), assisting with planned activities, camp store sales, and other related office duties as needed.
• Maintenance / Groundskeeping – preparing campsites for guest arrivals, light mowing and weed whacking, raking leaves and pine needles, changing light bulbs, replacing breakers, replacing water spigots, and other light maintenance duties as needed.

Compensation:

• All hours paid at a rate of $13.50 – $15.00 per hour based on skills and experience
• Full hook-up RV site
