Park Resident Opportunity Summer 2021 at Maclay Gardens, Tallahassee, FL
Resource Management
Enjoy one of Florida’s most beautiful State Parks while volunteering at Maclay Gardens State Park. Located in the heart of Tallahassee, FL. You’ll find a masterpiece of floral architecture, the gardens feature a picturesque brick walkway, secret garden, reflection pool, walled garden and hundreds of camellias and azaleas. The park also features a recreation area with a 160 acre lake and miles of shaded multi-use trails.
The park is currently looking for volunteers to assist park staff for a variety of roles in exchange for a campsite. Gardening, Maintenance, Trail Work, Grounds keeping and Visitors Service.
24 hours minimum per week per site required. Volunteer sites have water, electric (50/30 amp) , septic hook-ups and laundry. Now accepting applications for summer 2021. If you are interested in joining Team Maclay, we would love to hear from you!!
