Park Resident Campground Host April – October
Visitor Services
Volunteers are needed for this position April 1st through October 31st. Campground Hosts are park ambassadors. They perform a variety of tasks such as greeting visitors and handing out information. We are looking for a courteous, outgoing, and helpful individual to join our team. The physical side of the job includes assisting with maintenance of campgrounds, small repairs, cleaning restrooms and replacing restroom supplies, etc. Host volunteers must also be available for late night emergencies in the campground. In exchange for 20 hours per week, resident hosts receive a campsite with water and electric hookup, access to a dump station and the park linen shed for laundry services. As a member of the team, you also receive free firewood and use of the park’s canoes when available.
