Maintenance Worker

Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable individual to help keep our resort in top shape. As a Maintenance Worker, you’ll handle general upkeep, repairs, and groundskeeping to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• Maintain resort grounds (mowing, trimming, debris removal)
• Inspect and maintain facilities and equipment
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events or seasonal tasks
• Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly

Ideal Candidate:

• Skilled in general maintenance and repair work
• Physically capable of outdoor labor in various weather
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Previous RV park or campground experience a plus

Work campers receive a full hookup RV site in exchange for 30 hours of work per week (or 15 hours each for couples). Any hours worked beyond that are paid at $12 per hour.
