Job Title: Campground Manager

Location: Dead Lakes Campground – Wewahitchka, Florida

Join the heart of our operation at Dead Lakes Campground as a Campground Manager.  We are a rustic, family friendly 40 site RV Park & Campground.  This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, enjoys the outdoors, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. You’ll oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure the campground runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Team Management:

·         Supervise campground staff including camp hosts, maintenance, and housekeeping

·         Oversee scheduling, training, and daily task coordination

·         Manage supply inventory and vendor relationships

·         Ensure campground policies and procedures are followed

·         Monitor and maintain facility cleanliness and safety

Guest Services:

·         Provide outstanding customer service and handle guest concerns or escalations

·         Support check-in/check-out processes and assist guests with reservations

·         Uphold a friendly and welcoming campground atmosphere

Administrative & Financial Oversight:

·         Handle basic bookkeeping, reporting, and budget tracking

·         Oversee sales and cash/card transactions in the camp store

·         Assist with promotional activities or events that enhance guest experience

Qualifications:

·         Prior experience in hospitality, campground management, or similar leadership role

·         Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

·         Comfortable with technology and point-of-sale systems

·         Ability to multitask and make decisions independently

·         Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

·         RV living experience is a plus but not required
